Evaluation & Eligibility
Proposals will be evaluated using the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method, considering Technical (meets SOW), Past Performance (satisfactory or no rating), and Price. Offerors must be certified SDVOSBs listed in the SBA certification database and comply with Limitations on Subcontracting (not more than 50% paid to non-SDVOSBs for services).
