Scope of Work

The base bid (CLIN 0001) includes:

  • Replacement of rooftop mechanical equipment (8 make-up air units, 17 exhaust fans).
  • Relocation of the fire alarm control panel.
  • Replacement of the southside entrance door.
  • Renovation of the south stairwell (treads, wainscoting, painting).
  • Replacement of vinyl flooring in hallways and ceramic/carpet in offices/quarterdeck.

Optional work (CLINs 0002-0011) includes:

  • Additional rooftop mechanical equipment.
  • Thermostat replacement with Direct Digital Controls (DDC).
  • Installation of electronic CAC card readers and mechanical cipher locks.
