Format & Schedule
These sessions will be held on a recurring bi-monthly basis. The first meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, 2026, with subsequent dates including May 5, 2026, and May 19, 2026. Each session will run from 1200 EST to 1300 EST. In-person attendance is available at NUWC Building 80, Conference Room 208, Newport, RI. Virtual participation will be via Microsoft Teams, with a link provided to registrants.
Registration & Participation
Registration is mandatory for all participants, whether attending in-person or online. Interested individuals must complete and submit the attached "MOS Office Hours Registration Form" via email to maria.f.gregory.civ@us.navy.mil no later than the Friday prior to the desired Tuesday event. A new Teams link will be required for each day of participation, necessitating re-registration for each session. Questions are accepted and should be submitted via email in advance of the office hours.
