Sources Sought Notice

This notice is issued by the Naval Air Warfare Center Training System Division (NAWCTSD) to identify potential small business sources for the procurement of spare parts for the Naval Aviation Distributed Training (NADMT) program. The NADMT program aims to establish a System Integration Lab to support the integration of the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) with CVW platforms, requiring components for device upgrades to support advanced training. This is described as a low-risk update that will not impact the training curriculum.

• Procurement and delivery of required materials (spare parts) for the NADMT integration.

• A specific parts list will establish the requirements for purchase/delivery.

• Shipment must be made in a single, consolidated delivery.

• Shipment tracking details must be provided beforehand.

• The Request for Quote (RFQ) release is anticipated in May 2026.

• Award is anticipated in May 2026.

• Required delivery date is no later than September 15, 2026.

• The effort is anticipated to be procured under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

• This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research and acquisition planning purposes, not a Request for Proposal.

• Responses are due by 1700 EST on April 27, 2026.

• Written technical capabilities must be submitted via email to Emily Lawrence.

• Responses are limited to four (4) pages.

• The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334111 (Electronic Computer Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.

• The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6910 (Training Aids).

• Small businesses interested in priming the effort are asked to provide specific information regarding their size, socio-economic status, and any planned teaming partners or "similarly situated entities" to meet subcontracting limitations.

• This notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to procure.

• All entities registering in SAM.gov must have an active registration.

• Responses should address questions regarding the Nonmanufacturer Rule (NMR) if applicable.
