Scope of Work

This project will be managed using the Agile methodology, with an overall Period of Performance not exceeding EDC + 2 years. Detailed requirements will be provided in the RFQ.

Eligibility & Response Requirements
Potential U.S. prime contractors must:
- Maintain a professionally active facility within the United States.
- Hold a Facility Security Clearance (FCL) at SECRET or higher.
- Be pre-approved for participation in NATO Competitive Procurement (NCP).
- Be issued a Declaration of Eligibility (DOE) by the Department of Commerce (DOC).

Contractor personnel will require clearances to work unescorted in Class II Security areas.
