Scope of Work
The IEO Platform will support the creation, planning, coordination, approval, publishing, execution, and closure of events, including data exchange with other relevant services. Key capabilities required include:
- Event registration and participant management.
- Event-related resource management (rooms, IT, catering, accommodation, transportation) with request/approval tracking.
- Multi-entity use with configurable workflows and segregation.
- Integration and data exchange with other applications (e.g., ITSM).
- Deployment and operation on-premises within NATO secured networks (SaaS-only solutions are not acceptable).
- Multi-network deployment capabilities.
- Support for large-scale events (up to ~15,000 users).
- Adjacent processes like Real Life Support (RLS) planning and IT provisioning.

This RFI is for informational purposes only and does not obligate NCIA to award a contract.
