Quick Summary
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst is soliciting proposals for Mobile Shredding Services at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL), Lakehurst, NJ. This Total Small Business Set-Aside opportunity requires monthly collection and shredding of designated materials, including all contractor labor, equipment, and materials. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract with a base year and four option years. Proposals are due by March 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM EDT.
Scope of Work
The contractor will provide mobile shredding services for designated paper materials at the NAWCAD Lakehurst campus on JBMDL. This includes providing and maintaining forty-one (41) secure, lockable paper collection containers (large and small sizes), with one spare key per lock. Shredding must utilize cross-cut technology to prevent recognition or reconstruction, rendering material unreadable and irrecoverable. Off-site destruction must be by burning, mulching, pulping, shredding, or disintegrating, with recycling acceptable if processed into new paper. Services are typically performed Monday through Friday, with a preferred start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
