To acquire secure, reliable, and technologically current mobile wireless and cellular devices and services to ensure mission-critical connectivity for data, voice, and text communications for Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Marianas personnel across its Area of Operations (AO), including Guam, CNMI, FSM, Palau, and Yap.
