Evaluation
This is a notice of the Government's intention to award on an other than full and open competition basis. While submissions are not required for the award itself, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement. These statements will be considered by the agency to determine if any other sources are able to provide the required NEAT devices.
Additional Notes
The sole source justification stems from the specialized Radio Frequency qualifications, the ability to replicate a GPS denied environment, and the mandatory certification from the Military Command, Control, Communications and Computers Executive Board. Capability statements must be limited to a five-page PDF document, include the number of days ARO, and be submitted via email with the subject "NEAT Contractor/Interested Party Response 041121". Late responses will not be considered. Contact: Matthew Wiggins (Contract Specialist) at matthew.c.wiggins4.civ@army.mil.
