Requirements & Compliance
This acquisition is subject to the Buy American Act (BAA) and DFARS 225.1. Offerors must ensure all end items are domestic end products as defined in DFARS 252.225-7001 and must complete and return the certification in DFARS 252.225-7000.
Evaluation Factors
Award will be made to the responsible Small Business offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. Evaluation will proceed in two steps:
