Requested Industry Feedback
Respondents are asked to provide feedback on:
- Ability to provide independent SME advisory support without Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI).
- Experience with UL 2050 CRZH/CRZM or working with UL 2050-certified providers.
- Documented experience supporting SCIF IDS/ACS installation, accreditation, SSO review, and ATO/ATC documentation within Air Force, Space Force, DoD, or Intelligence Community (IC).
- Technical experience with Vindicator IDS/ACS platforms and assessing CMD-approved equipment alternatives.
- Ability to assist NBSFS, SSR, and SSM with documentation for SSO review and SCIF accreditation.
- Support for A4S handoff and sustainment expectations.
- Recommended labor categories, hourly rates, estimated hours, site visits, and travel assumptions for the Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE).
