Amendment / Modification

Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure 24 heavy-duty tactical gear lockers for the Shasta Dam Security Response Force (SRF) to securely store individually assigned tactical gear, specialized equipment, and accessories.

• Supply 24 new, fully assembled tactical gear lockers.

• Lockers must be delivered ready for installation.

• The scope includes the lockers themselves and any necessary parts.

• Quantity: 24 lockers.

• Design: Secured Tactical Locker / Law Enforcement Duty Locker.

• Dimensions (Maximum): 24" (W) x 36" (D) x 90" (H).

• Built-in Rest Bench:

• Prohibited: Rebuilt, overhauled, remanufactured, or "seconds" items are not accepted.

Form / Attachment / Pricing Sheet

This document is Attachment 2, the Buy American Certificate, required by FAR 52.212-3(f). It is to be completed by offerors if the "Buy American-Supplies" clause is included in the solicitation.

• Certification: Offerors must certify that end products are domestic and contain critical components, with exceptions noted.
