Quick Summary

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), through its National Acquisition Office (NAC) and Veteran Health Administration (VHA), is conducting market research for the Nebulizers, Compressors, and Accessories FY26 Procurement Program. This combined Presolicitation Notice includes a Request for Information (RFI), Sources Sought, and an invitation to Industry Days scheduled for July 13-16, 2026, in Golden, CO. The purpose is to inform a future acquisition for these medical devices. RSVP and RFI responses are due by June 30, 2026.

Purpose

This market research aims to improve the Government's understanding of the marketplace, industry capabilities, innovative delivery approaches, and commercial best practices for nebulizers, compressors, and accessories. The information gathered will refine requirements and inform the acquisition strategy for a continuous and long-term supply chain to support eligible Veterans with respiratory conditions.
