Purpose & Scope
CAVHS requires the NeuroStar® Advanced Therapy System to maintain and facilitate veteran patient care, particularly for treating depression-related conditions and supporting research in Alzheimer's/Dementia. The system will replace an existing unit nearing its end-of-life. The procurement is for the specific brand-name NeuroStar® Advanced Therapy System, including the Neuronetics system, Xplor, Senstars for initial treatments, user-friendly interface, console, chair & accessories with IFU/Treatment Protocols for MDD, OCD, Anxious Depression and TouchStar. Deliverables also include installation, training, software, a 1-year warranty, 24/7 customer/technical support, and a yearly service agreement. The Statement of Work (SOW) is non-negotiable.

Eligibility & Submission
- Eligibility: Offerors must be active SDVOSBs registered in SBA VetCert and SAM, meeting the small business size standard for NAICS code 334510 (1250 employees). Contractors must be manufacturer-authorized sellers/distributors/providers of the NeuroStar® system.
