• The Statement of Work (SOW) is non-negotiable. Quotes must not include edits or alterations to the SOW.

• Set-Aside: This solicitation is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

• Eligibility: Offerors must be actively registered and appear in SBA VetCert as an SDVOSB and meet the small business size standard for NAICS code 334510 (1250 employees). Offerors must also have an active profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) database with no derogatory information.

• "All or None" Basis: Contract award will be made on an ALL OR NONE basis. Partial offers will be rejected.

• Brand Name Only: Only brand name, exact offerings are required. Substitutes are not permitted.
