Contract Details

• Warranty: A 3-year warranty is required, comprising a 12-month standard warranty plus a 24-month comprehensive extended warranty (excluding wear and tear items).

• Submission Method: Quotations must be submitted on company letterhead to the email address specified in the solicitation.
• Evaluation Factors: Proposals will be evaluated on Technical Capability (Acceptable/Unacceptable) and Price (for reasonableness). Price realism will not be conducted.
• Basis of Award: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). NIST will evaluate the lowest price quotations first and stop when a technically acceptable quote is identified.
