Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide contractor support for the Maine CERFP Supported Collective Training Exercise (SCTE) by simulating actual conditions through role players, moulage, weighted manikins, simulants, and structural collapse venue site (SCVS) reset, enhancing domestic contingency readiness and response capabilities.

• Provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for SCTE training events.

• Supply role players, moulage/clothing, weighted manikins, simulants (Glo Germ), lumber package, and real-world medical support (2 ambulances).

• Manage and reset the Structural Collapse Venue Site (SCVS) (Rubble Pile).
