- Proposal Format: Page limitations for the Technical Proposal (Section L, Part II), Key Personnel resumes, and Subfactor 3 (Sample Project) have been removed. Font size must be not less than 10-point for Parts II and III.
- Past Performance: Projects must have been performed within the last 5 years; ongoing contracts are acceptable.
- Bonds: A proposal bond of $2,960,000.00 is required. Performance and Payment Bonds of $4,884,000.00 (or 100% of total active task orders) are required within 15 days of award.
