- Emergent Repair: Optional services to address equipment failures beyond routine PM. These require a quote from the contractor and a contract modification, with repairs to be completed within 120 days of modification.
- Material: An optional Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) for providing approved parts needed for repairs or maintenance.
- Over and Above: Optional services for work beyond normal requirements, subject to approval by the Contracting Officer. After each PM service, the FST must provide a Field Service Report (FSR) detailing work performed, time spent, and recommended parts/services.
