• This acquisition is set aside for 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• Offerors must obtain a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Refinishing approximately 2,350 square feet of oak strip wood flooring (2 1/2 inch wide by 1 foot long boards) in the main room.

• Addressing condensation damage by creating a 1/2 inch chamfered perimeter relief cut along exterior walls (approx. 175 linear feet).

• Repairing or replacing damaged wood planks and subfloor (estimated 5 sq ft each).

• Removing existing finishes and sanding the floor to achieve a smooth surface.

• Applying three coats of water-based BONA HD high-traffic clear polyurethane with a Commercial Satin sheen.
