Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for delivering Night Vision Devices (NVDs), accessories, tool sets, and extended warranty for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case for the country of Lithuania.

• Procurement of 3,535 Commercial equivalent AN/PVS-14 Night Vision Devices (NVDs) with standard accessories and a 12-month warranty.

• NVDs must be new, unused, conform to MIL-STD-810, and be multifunctional for handheld use, helmet mounting, or weapon mounting.

• Specific technical requirements for NVDs include viewing angle, magnification, optical power, focus range, resolution, Figure of Merit (FOM), image intensifier life, automatic brightness adjustment, automatic turn-off, integrated IR light source, battery operation (at least 50 hours on one AA battery), dimensions, weight, operational temperature range (-50°C to +48°C), vibration resistance, and water immersion resistance.
