This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for well rehabilitation, repair, and/or replacement work on up to five (5) groundwater wells at the Southwestern Native Aquatic Resources & Recovery Center (SNARRC) near Roswell, New Mexico. The government is seeking the best value based on technical capability, technical experience, past performance, and price.

• Perform inspection, removal, repair, replacement, reinstallation, testing, and start-up of well pumping equipment.

• Specific components to be repaired or replaced will be determined after inspection.

• Pumps must be vertical turbine type (or approved equal) and meet or exceed manufacturer specifications.

• Components in contact with water must be stainless steel (e.g., 416SS) or approved corrosion-resistant equivalent.

• Work may include pump/motor assembly removal/reinstallation, bowl assembly repair/replacement, column pipe/line shaft repair, packing box overhaul, and machining.

• Wells must be test pumped for a minimum of six hours upon reinstallation, and produce clear water prior to acceptance.

• Historical service indicates approximately one well requires urgent service annually, with up to two in some years.

• Electrical power and water are available on-site.

• Work hours are limited to official daylight hours, Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., unless otherwise approved.

• Contractor must dispose of all surplus materials and debris off Government property.

• Contractor shall submit product data for all installed items and field test reports.

• Contract Type: 5-Year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

• Period of Performance: 07/03/2026 to 07/02/2031.

• Delivery: 07/02/2031.

• All calls will be firm fixed priced orders.

• Quotes Due: June 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM Central Time.

• Required documents: Completed SF 1449, Company Information (Name, UEI, POC), completed provision at FAR 52.225-2, and signed solicitation amendments (if any).

• Evaluation Factors: Technical Capability, Technical Experience, Past Performance (evaluated using CPARS and other sources), and Price.

• The acquisition is set aside for Small Business (100%).
