Scope of Work
The contractor will provide professional janitorial services for approximately 10,065 sq.ft. across one visitor center/administrative office building (8,958 sq.ft.) and one classroom building (1,107 sq.ft.) located at 7851 2nd Street SW, Building A, Albuquerque, NM 87105. Services are required twice weekly, on Monday and one other day, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. MT. Tasks include cleaning, disinfecting, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and restocking supplies in various areas. The Government will provide cleaning supplies, while the contractor is responsible for personnel, supervision, and transportation. Personnel must be capable, experienced, and adhere to safety and reporting requirements.
