Scope of Work
This solicitation is for the procurement of Temporary Service Power Distribution Booths (CLIN 0001 & 0002). Submission & Evaluation

- Technical Capability: Proof/certification of compliance with all required specifications and qualifications, enabling thorough evaluation. A "Technical Capabilities Statement" form must be completed.
- Price Submission: One original signed copy of the completed Standard Form (SF) 1449, along with executed copies of all Amendments and Representations and Certifications.
- Acknowledgement of Amendments.
Evaluation will be based on Technical Submission, Price, Past Performance, and Delivery. Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government. Technical acceptability will be determined by a technical capability certification chart. Past Performance and Delivery performance will be evaluated using the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Quotes must remain firm for sixty (30) days.
