Scope of Work

- Fabrication: Adherence to detailed drawings (DWG 2370.2-8145V Rev Q) covering parts list, welding, surface finishing, painting, gasket, and fastener requirements. NNSY will not review vendor-provided drawings.

- Documentation: A Certificate of Compliance is required, attesting that all furnished items meet contract requirements.

Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit their proposals via email as a single Adobe Acrobat .pdf attachment to Jordan Moore (jordan.e.moore.civ@us.navy.mil) on or before the due date. The submission must include:
- Technical Capability: Completed and signed Technical Capability Statement (Attachment A), certifying compliance with all specifications.
- Price Submission: Unit price and total amount for CLIN 0001 annotated on the attached SF 1449, with Block 17a and Blocks 30a-30c completed.
- Amendments: Acknowledgment and signature of any issued amendments. Quotes shall be valid for a minimum of sixty (60) days.
Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made to the technically acceptable offeror(s) that result in the lowest aggregate price to the Government. Technical capability will be evaluated as acceptable or unacceptable based on compliance with Attachment (A). Price will be evaluated for reasonableness and fairness.
