Scope of Work

- Customer Service/Troubleshooting (30%): Provide first-line customer service via RAM’s public-facing email, responding to routine inquiries and escalating complex issues.
- Outreach and Training (15%): Develop user guides, document process steps, and create training materials for internal and external users, potentially providing formal or informal training.
