- Private Debt Data: Future investment plans, allocations, active searches, mandates, investment criteria, funds raised/raising, private debt deals and exits (searchable by portfolio companies, equity sponsors, strategy, target size, performance), transparent fund-level data, benchmarks, horizon IRRs, fund manager relationships, and buyer/seller relationships.
- Hedge Fund Data: In-depth information on individual funds, allocation, investor types, performance tracking, current trends, structure focus, fund-by-fund terms, industry statistics, current/open mandates, and market segment comparisons.
Contract & Timeline

Submission & Evaluation
The Government will consider written responses from interested parties received by the deadline. Responses must be submitted electronically to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov (Subject: Preqin Data /Attn: AM – BC) and include:
- Company name, location, contact information, and business size.
- UEI Number.
- Specific details of the product(s) offered.
- Availability through a Government contract vehicle or Open Market.
- A brief capabilities statement (not exceeding 5 pages) with a description of the company's standard line of business and current customers for the required content.
Responses will be evaluated to determine if the Government should compete the procurement. A determination not to compete is at the Government's discretion. If no written response clearly demonstrates an ability to meet all requirements and is more advantageous, the award will be made on a sole source basis to Preqin Ltd.
