This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to procure an annual renewal of Bibliovation software with maintenance. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit only one source, Progressive Technology Federal Systems, Inc., due to circumstances where only one source is reasonably available. The NAICS code is 513210, with a small business standard of $47 million.

• Bibliovation software renewal, support, and option years.

• Maintenance and support for libraries with collections not exceeding 250,000 MARC21 bibliographic records and 200,000 digital objects.

• Support Center (online helpdesk) access, system upgrades, customer listserv membership, bug patches, and 12 one-day onsite technical support trips per year.
