Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide mowing, trimming, and general grounds maintenance at the Greenbrier Ranger District administrative compound and associated government residences in Bartow, West Virginia, ensuring a safe, clean, and professional condition.

• Mowing and trimming services for approximately 8 acres.

• Includes Greenbrier Ranger District office grounds, front office lawn, gas shed area, warehouse fenced compound, bunkhouse grounds, one-story government residence and garage, and a two-story government residence and garage.

• Maintenance around fences, signs, trees, culverts, buildings, and other structures within the administrative compound.

• Removal of debris that may interfere with mowing or detract from grounds appearance, including limbs, trash, and minor vegetation debris.

• Grass height to be maintained between 4 and 6 inches.

• Grass clippings must not accumulate on sidewalks, parking areas, roadways, or building entrances.

• Mowing and trimming must maintain a neat and professional appearance.

• Damage to government property, structures, fences, trees, or utilities must be avoided.

• Mowing and trimming to occur at least once every two weeks during the growing season (generally April through October).

• Additional mowing may be required during periods of rapid vegetation growth.

• Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, fuel, and materials.
