KTF Fire Trainer LLC is identified as the original designer, manufacturer, and installer of the A-500 and O-250 mockups. They are the sole provider equipped with the necessary resources, materials, specialized equipment, proprietary software, source code, and patents to support these trainers without compromising safety or incurring significant costs for new systems. The Government is not aware of any other authorized vendors.

However, if any interested party can provide these products/services without compromising the required criteria, they may submit a statement of capabilities.
