Justification & Response
The government believes Street Smarts VR Inc. (CAGE Code: 856Y6) is the sole developer and distributor of the proprietary technology compatible with their existing SSVR system. This procurement will add two multi-user systems, incorporating M4 Carbine, less-lethal tools, and a "drone buster" module. Market research indicates Street Smarts VR is the only responsible source.
However, interested parties may identify their interest by providing clear and convincing evidence that they can provide all needed assets and that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
