Quick Summary
The Department of the Navy, specifically Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA), intends to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Anduril Industries for Non-kinetic Attack Counter-small Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-sUAS) Packages, including Pulsar Lite (Pulsar-L), and vehicle integration kits. This procurement is for the PM AAA Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) platform to satisfy an urgent requirement. Responses from interested parties are due by June 18, 2026, 12:00 PM local time, Quantico VA.
Scope of Work
The requirement is for C-sUAS capability for the newly fielded ACV platform, which currently lacks the ability to effectively detect, track, identify, or defeat sUAS threats. The Pulsar-L system is identified as an urgent requirement due to its performance, design, and production readiness. Key features include proprietary software, sensor fusion algorithms, user-in-the-loop response capabilities, minimal engineering for ACV integration, open architecture for collaboration, and the Lattice operating system for complex multi-unit operations and situational awareness.

Evaluation
This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. §3204(a)(2), as implemented by FAR 6.302-2(a)(2), citing unusual and compelling urgency. The Government asserts that Anduril is the original designer and producer of Pulsar-L, and no other source can meet the urgent need without serious injury to Government interests. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability; however, the decision to not compete the procurement remains solely at the Government's discretion.
Additional Notes
All submissions become Government property. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. For future C-sUAS requirements, PM AAA intends to monitor industry capabilities and compete to the greatest extent possible. The NAICS code is 33451 (Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical & Nautical Systems) and the PSC is 5810 (Communications Security Equipment and Components). All responses should be sent to Mr. Jacob Garner (jacob.garner@usmc.mil) and Ms. Jessica Hathaway (jessica.hathaway@usmc.mil), referencing the notification identification number.
