Purpose and Scope
The BEP Office of Engraving requires brass and stainless-steel plates compatible with its CTIP-III intaglio laser engraving machine at the Eastern Currency Facility (ECF). The scope of work includes providing blank brass plates with specific dimensions, hardness (160/170 HV), and smoothness (< 4µm Rz), as well as blank stainless-steel plates with specific dimensions, hardness (150-200 HV), and smoothness (< 4µm Rz). All plates must be accompanied by a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each order.
