Response Requirements
This notice is not a solicitation, and a solicitation package will not be issued. However, the Government will consider all responses received within 7 days of publication. Firms wishing to challenge the sole-source determination must submit an interest letter that clearly demonstrates their ability to provide a Form, Fit, and Function (FFF) equivalent supply. This equivalent must meet all original OEM specifications without requiring reverse-engineering or causing unacceptable mission delays. Information submitted will be used solely to determine if a future competitive procurement is in the Government's best interest. All information must be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
