Scope of Work

These include, but are not limited to: HVAC, plumbing, electrical products, tools, chemicals, construction supplies (cement, lumber, steel), prefabricated structures, appliances, utility vehicles, perimeter security items (barriers, barbed wire), and communication devices. Incidental services cover standard commercial services connected with supplying these items, such such as HVAC system installation.

Instructions for Interested Parties
This is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties must submit a capability statement via email to kory.stiles@dla.mil or megan.busa@dla.mil by the deadline. The statement should include:
- Organization Information: Name, address, CAGE code, and point of contact.
- Capability Statement: A tailored description of the firm's ability to meet the stated MRO requirements, with supporting documentation (company literature/marketing materials are acceptable).
Responses will be considered solely to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible in the future. Not responding does not preclude participation in any future solicitations. The Government will not cover response costs.

The sole-source extension is necessary to bridge the gap until the new, 3rd Generation MRO contract (Solicitation SPE5B125R0002, issued July 23, 2025, closed September 26, 2026) is awarded.
