This is a Notice of Intent from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm-fixed price contract for a brand-name Motorola Solutions, Inc. WAVE system, including shipping. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, as Motorola Solutions, Inc. is identified as the only vendor capable of providing the specific system with all necessary hardware, services, and software updates. • Shipping costs must be included in vendor pricing.

• New equipment only; no grey manufactured items.

• Delivery must be made within 90 days or less after Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Quotes must include Line Item #, Part #, Pricing, Quantity, and Product Description.

• Quotes must be submitted under the format listed per project groupings.

• No partial quotes will be accepted; all items must be provided.

• Quotes must include RFQ #, UEID #, and Point of Contact information.

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed price.

• Sole Source negotiation under FAR 6.302-1.

• Interested parties must identify their interests and capability by contacting Christopher Hamilton via email only at cahamilton1@fbi.gov no later than 1:00 PM (Central) on May 1, 2026.

• Questions or Requests for Additional Information are due by Tuesday, April 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM CDT.

• Quotes must be submitted no later than Friday, May 01, 2026, at 2:00 PM CDT.

• Offers must be valid for 90 calendar days after submission.

• Invoices must be submitted electronically through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).

• The Government will award to the contractor whose quote conforms to the specifications and represents the Technically Acceptable offer.

• NAICS Code: 334220 – Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing.

• Size Standard: 1250.

• Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov effective July 29, 2012.

• Offerors represent they are not a corporation convicted of a felony or with unpaid Federal tax liability within specified periods.

• Offerors certify they do not require employees to sign confidentiality agreements restricting reporting of fraud, waste, and abuse.

• Firms under Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) require approval prior to contract award, subject to risk assessment.

• This notice is the only notice that will be published.

• Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for updates.

• All terms and conditions are in accordance with the SEWP contract.
