This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. PSNS & IMF intends to award a sole-source contract to RAYCO ELECTRONICS SYSTEM LTD under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The justification is that RAYCO ELECTRONICS SYSTEM LTD is the genuine manufacturer of the i4500 series system, the sole and only authorized entity to repair RaycoWylie Systems products, and the only company with access to performance resources and certified technicians to maintain original operating specifications for i4500 series systems.
Scope of Work
The requirement is for non-personnel services for the commissioning and calibration support of the Crane 92 Load Moment Indication (LMI) RaycoWylie i4507 LMI System. Services include:
- Providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and tools.
- Performing commissioning and calibration to ensure the LMI system functions per SAE J159 standards (0% to +10% of actual load indication).
- Conducting operational and load tests at approximately 20%, 70%, 100%, and 130% of rated load for each hoist.
- Delivering a Final Condition Report in PDF format.
- Adherence to i4500 Crane Information Center Instruction Manual and Calibration Instructions.
