Scope of Work

Key measures include implementing Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) such as lighting upgrades, HVAC equipment replacement, building envelope improvements, and solar PV installations. Water conservation efforts will focus on fixture replacements. Selected ESCOs must utilize eProjectBuilder (ePB) for project development, conduct an Investment Grade Audit (IGA), and perform Measurement and Verification (M&V) of savings. Building #1 is on the National Register of Historic Places, and occupants are expected to remain during performance. Hazmat may be present.

Eligibility & Submission

A Past Performance Questionnaire is provided for customer feedback on prior projects, detailing evaluation criteria across quality, schedule, communication, management, cost, safety, and subcontract management.
