The prospective license territory may be world-wide, with a field of use limited to: "Research, development, manufacture, and commercialization of the Licensed Patent Rights in combination with Great Sky Inc.’s proprietary technology for the creation of Licensed Products with applications in artificial intelligence."

This notice is issued in accordance with 35 U.S.C. 209(e) and 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1)(i). The exclusive license, which will be royalty-bearing, may be granted unless NIST receives written evidence and argument establishing that the grant would be inconsistent with the requirements of 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR 404.7.
