Quick Summary
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), San Francisco District, is conducting a Sources Sought / Request for Information (RFI) for the Noyo Maintenance Dredging and Jetty Repair Project. This is for market research purposes only to identify qualified sources, particularly small businesses, for a potential future Request for Proposal (RFP). The estimated cost range for this project is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Responses are due by June 2, 2026.
Scope of Work
The project involves two main components:
- Maintenance Dredging: Dredging the Noyo Harbor Channel to a depth of -10 feet, with 1-ft paid and 1-ft unpaid over-depth. Armor stones will be removed from the channel bottom and disposed of at a nearshore site approximately 6 miles north of Noyo Harbor.
- Jetty Repair: Repair of the Noyo Harbor North Jetty, including removal of approximately 500 tons of existing stone, repair of structural voids beneath the main concrete structure, placement of up to 6,000 tons of new high-density stone (at least 180lbs/cubic foot) to rebuild the jetty, and repair of the concrete walkway using repurposed stone. This work addresses damage from wave action.
