Offerors must provide equipment that meets the specific Salient Characteristics (SCs) of the STERIS Corporation® V-Pro Max 2 Sterilizer and its accessories (CLINs 0001-0032). Deliverables include new, original equipment from authorized OEM distributors, along with installation, maintenance, and training services. Contractors will also be required to provide operation and maintenance manuals.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Single award, Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Requirements contract.
  • Period of Performance: One 12-month base year with four 12-month option years, for a total potential duration of five years.
  • Place of Performance: Nationwide VHA locations.
  • Financial Terms: A 3.0% Service Level Agreement (SLA) fee must be embedded in pricing, with quarterly sales reports and electronic remittance via www.pay.gov. Liquidated damages of $37.50 per calendar day apply for delayed delivery.
  • Order Limitations: Individual orders will not exceed 100 units or $750,000.00 for a combination of items.

  • Proposal Structure: Submissions must include five volumes: Technical, Past Performance, Veterans Preference, Price, and Offer/Amendments/Certifications & Representations. A completed Salient Characteristics Chart is required.
  • Evaluation Factors: Award will be based on best value, considering Technical, Past Performance, Veterans Preference, and Price. Technical is significantly more important than Past Performance, which is slightly more important than Veterans Preference. Non-price factors combined are significantly more important than price. All salient characteristics must be met for eligibility.
  • Past Performance: Offerors must submit Attachment F (Past Performance References) and ensure references complete Attachment G (Past Performance Questionnaire) by June 3, 2026, 12:00 PM ET.
