Submission & Evaluation
Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer/quote that meets all criteria outlined in the RFQ, Statement of Work, Feeding Schedule, and 21-Day meal menu. Evaluation will be based on "Price Only." To be considered responsive, offerors must:
- Be currently registered and active as a small business in SAM.gov.
- Have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or submit a completed copy.
- Provide contact information and company address for any U.S.-based subcontractors.
- Submit a best and final quote for all required items, formatted with unit and total prices for breakfast and dinner meals.
- Provide all necessary documents referenced in SOW paragraphs 1.7.2, 1.7.4, and 1.7.5.
