Scope of Work
This solicitation requires the manufacture of O-RINGs that meet specified material and physical requirements. Key aspects include:

Quality Assurance
The contractor is responsible for performing all inspection requirements. The Government reserves the right to conduct inspections to ensure conformity. All items must meet contract requirements, and the contractor's inspection system must ensure compliance. Records of inspection work must be maintained for 365 days after final delivery.
Packaging
Preservation, Packaging, Packing, and Marking shall be in accordance with the Contract/Purchase Order Schedule, with MIL-STD 2073 packaging applying.
