Scope of Work

For items with shelf-life, contractors must ensure at least 85% shelf-life remains at the time of receipt by the first Government activity, as per DOD 4140.27-M. Marking must comply with MIL STD 129, MIL-STD-130, MIL STD 290, or FED STD 123, including manufacture/cure/assembly/pack dates and expiration dates for Type I and Type II items.
