Scope of Work
The required services include:

- Submitting a Condition Found Report (CFR) detailing plant condition, suitability for continued operation, and recommended repairs/upgrades.

- Submitting reports on relief valve settings, pressure gauge calibration, oxygen pressure alarm settings, hydrostatic test values, and leak test results.
- Preparing, priming, painting, and restoring surfaces, and renewing damaged lagging.
