Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all necessary certified and/or professionally qualified occupational therapy services, supplies, materials, equipment, and testing materials. Key deliverables include:
- Performing occupational therapy evaluations for referred students.
- Attending initial placement or multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Advising special education and classroom teachers on assessment and therapy program implementation.
- Meeting with individual students regularly for carryover strategies.
- Completing comprehensive reviews and summarizing records.
- Conducting evaluations and assessments according to laws regarding minority, non-discriminatory practices, and IDEA.
- Providing reports within two weeks of examination date, uploaded to the NASIS system.
- Meeting with students qualifying for therapy services according to IDEA and IEPs.
- Submitting brief progress reports every nine weeks.
- Consulting with parents/guardians and special education classroom teachers.
