Scope of Work
The requirement is for a stage for the Outdoor Recreation rental program located on Marina Bay Drive, MacDill AFB, Florida. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and personnel to deliver the purchased stage. Key salient characteristics for the stage include:
- Ease of Use: One-person push-button setup, self-contained electric/hydraulic operation.
- Durability & Safety: Rugged FRP weather-resistant roof and wall panels, backup canopy safety up-lock, rugged equalizer suspension, dual 18" steel beams frame, corner and mid-frame leveling jacks.
- Features: Angled roof canopy with LED stage lighting, same length folding and fixed stage decks (standard dimensions: 14' depth / 24'-28' width / 30"-36" height), enclosed riser ADA stairs with handrails, 125 amp breaker panel electric system, and a canopy that closes quickly for weather or security.
- Delivery: F.O.B. destination to Marina Bay Drive, MacDill AFB, Florida, within 60 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

Funds are not presently available for this effort, and no award will be made until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time without obligation to reimburse offerors for incurred costs. Vendor must provide any warranty and service plans.
