Packaging and marking must comply with DODMANUAL 4140.01, VOLUME 9, MIL-STD-2073-1, ASTM D3951, and ISPM Publication No. 15 for crating, including markings for "USNS CHARLES DREW (T-AKE 10)". Shipments must be via fully traceable commercial freight.
