Quick Summary

The Department of the Air Force, specifically the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), is conducting market research through a Request for Information (RFI) for Offensive Cyber Depot Operations & Sustainment. This RFI seeks to identify vendors capable of providing operations and sustainment activities for cyber weapon systems within the AFLCMC/HNCO portfolio. The government is interested in vendors who can leverage existing Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts accessible by DoD Agencies. Responses are due May 20, 2026.

  • Updating and maintaining hardware and software configuration baselines.
  • Installing and maintaining services under a service-oriented architecture.
  • Working within the government's Risk Management Framework (RMF) for system approvals (IATT, ATC, ATO).
  • Performing system scans (STIG, ACAS, IAVM) and continuous system monitoring.
  • Writing and updating technical reports and data (e.g., System User Manuals, Design Documents).
  • Providing and operating a contractor Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) in the San Antonio Metropolitan Area.
  • Providing and operating an unclassified server space for Test and Integration (T&I) offsite.
