Purpose & Scope

The objective is to modernize and migrate existing Power Platform solutions, including legacy databases and spreadsheets to Dataverse, expand the Diving Program Power App, develop Power Pages portals, and build/optimize Power BI dashboards with iOS mobile optimization.
SME support is required for Naval Maintenance Reference Cards, Diver Life Support Equipment lifecycle, ROV operations, and maintenance workflows, advising on data structures, terminology, compliance, and operational workflows. The contractor will also deliver remote and on-demand training for Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse, including tailored training, job aids, and refresher sessions. Deliverables include updated Power Apps, Dataverse tables, migrated datasets, Power BI dashboards, training materials, and configuration documentation.
