Scope of Work

The requirement is for two (2) Small Shelter System tents and two (2) 5-ton ECUs/HVAC units. The tents must meet specific dimensions (20-22 ft W, 32-32.6 ft L, 10 ft H), be Quonset shaped, tan colored, and have a minimum 10-year field life. Key features include an aluminum, free-span frame, corrosion-resistant components, fireproof vinyl, insulating liner, hard doors, vestibule connectors, insulated windows, and a UL1640 certified electrical/lighting kit. Tents must withstand 60 mph winds and 20 psf snow load, and include a spare/repair kit and safety accessories. ECUs must have a minimum cooling capacity of 60,000 BTU/hr and heating capacity of 51,000 BTU/hr, operate between -50°F and +132°F, and include insulated air ducts. The contractor is responsible for delivery, installation (on concrete for tents, concrete/gravel/dirt for ECUs), and hands-on training on setup, operation, maintenance, and cleaning. A standard OEM commercial warranty is required.
